hubport.cloud is a self-hosted platform. All your congregation data is stored on your own server. We have no access to your data.

Landing Page

This website (hubport.cloud) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Only aggregated, non-personal metrics are recorded (e.g., page views, visits, country of origin).

Contact Form

When you use the contact form, your name and email address are stored to process your inquiry. This data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after processing.

Sign Up

During sign up, we store your congregation name, email address, and desired subdomain. This data is used solely for provisioning your account.

hubport.cloud is source-available (MIT + Commons Clause). You can review the source code on GitHub and verify how your data is processed.
