Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the hubport.cloud platform, operated by ITUnified UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Primelstr. 40, 82515 Wolfratshausen, Germany.

2. License

hubport.cloud is provided under the MIT License with Commons Clause. The software is free for non-commercial use by religious congregations. Commercial sale or offering as a paid service is not permitted.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. ITUnified UG assumes no liability for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from the use of the software.

4. Data Privacy

During registration, we store: congregation name, contact email, and subdomain. All other data (publishers, territories, meetings) is stored exclusively on each congregation's own server and is not accessible to us.

5. Availability

hubport.cloud is a community project. We strive for availability but do not guarantee specific uptime. Platform services (registration, tunnel management) may be maintained or discontinued without prior notice.

6. Termination

Congregations may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, the Cloudflare Tunnel and DNS record are removed. Local data on the congregation's server is retained.

7. Affiliate Links

hubport.cloud contains affiliate links to Hostinger. Purchases through these links earn us a small commission at no extra cost to the buyer. This does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

8. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
